- Items purchased during sales, promotional offers, or marked as custom/stitched are non-returnable and non-refundable.
 - Size exchanges are possible but subject to availability and may incur additional shipping charges.

Customized & Stitched Clothing
Customized and stitched garments are crafted specifically to your preferences, including fabric selection, measurements, and design details. Due to their personalized nature:
- Customized and stitched products are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their personalized nature.
 - Exceptions apply only if the item arrives with a manufacturing defect or is significantly different from the confirmed specifications.
 - samiyas.com is not responsible for any damage caused during shipping or by courier services.
 - We strongly encourage customers to double-check measurements, fabric choices, and customization details before confirming their order.
 - If there is an issue with a customized item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description. Our team will assess the concern and respond with a resolution.
 
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact our support team via WhatsApp or Email within 48 hours of receiving your order.
 - Provide your order number, clear photos of the item(s), and a brief description of the issue.
 - Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days with next steps.
 
We aim to make this process as smooth and respectful as possible.
4. Return Shipping
- If your return is approved, we will guide you through the return shipping process.
 - Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

 - Samiyas.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
